I’ve been wanting to do a screenprint of this since I did the initial drawing. I just finished it up yesterday. For this, I printed a woodgrain pattern & added a glossy border with some sparkles here and there. SPARKLES is the name of my new blackmetal band.

Rat Poison is a new print I did a few weeks ago. The background is made up of prohibition-era alcohol tax stamps and alcohol prescriptions with federal markings on them issued by doctors. The split fountain/gradient varies throughout the run as I had to adjust the spread of the ink the whole run.

Swans: Monsta was another opportunity to do something for Swans. I FINALLY got to see them and it was one of the most visceral aural experiences I’ve ever had. Possibly the best.

Sleep is Wrong: A solo exhibition by Kentucky based artist Angryblue (Justin Kamerer). This should be stuffed with rock posters and art prints. I might bring some original ink and pencil drawings with me as well. The opening is on July 2nd at Marion Street Tattoo-Gallery in Denver, CO.
